Allstar Cheer Coach

About the Role

World Elite Kids is seeking energetic individuals with competitive cheer experience to join our team as a competitive team coach. This position requires travel between both locations and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience for parents and athletes. You'll work in a collaborative, creative, and high-energy environment with athletes of varying skill levels (1-6) to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to athletes of all skill levels (1-6).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in competitive cheer and share this knowledge with athletes.
• Develop and implement training plans tailored to each athlete’s individual needs.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for growth on and off the mat.
• Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive and effective training program.
• Play an integral role in maintaining our family-oriented and community-driven atmosphere.

Requirements

• Competitive cheer experience is required.
• Ability to travel between both locations.
• Passion for working with kids and a natural ability to connect with them.
• High energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
