Responsibilities
- Document all-inclusive travel details with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of sources, owners, statuses, and next actions.
- Maintain sight sea travel role documentation with status tracking for all-inclusive travel bookings.
- Reconcile reservation systems while managing deadlines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and accountability.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of leisure travel operations.
- Use judgment for follow-ups, especially when dependent on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs meet quality control, record management, and travel planning standards before closing work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Sight Sea Travel Workflow Context and travel planning tools for all-inclusive travel.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation skills for process compliance and issue escalation, ensuring clarity in decision-making.
- Judgment to handle follow-ups, particularly when awaiting external confirmations.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
