Responsibilities

  • Review all-inclusive travel plans with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within the context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Document and track status for all-inclusive travel specialist tasks, maintaining clear records of source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and traceability in all-inclusive travel workflows.
  • Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface unresolved items and prevent downstream rework.

Strong all-inclusive travel specialization ensures travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.   • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the all-inclusive travel workflow.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
  • Use judgment in follow-up, especially when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine quality control, record management, and travel planning; work remains open until all signals are current.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
