Fabventure Travel needs a Travel Advisor who can deliver dependable, traveler-fit planning across Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean, specializing in cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The focus is on providing all-inclusive travel guidance within Europe travel support, ensuring incomplete information is addressed before it leads to downstream rework.

• Apply Europe Travel Support without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to all-inclusive travel guidance.
• Document Travel Planning decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind all-inclusive travel guidance.
• Use sound judgment in Traveler Consultation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the All-Inclusive Travel Advisor workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Track the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Own the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated traveler needs.
• Coordinate the workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Review the workflow by coordinating supplier or booking follow-up.

Working Standard

The practical outcome is dependable traveler-fit planning: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes. This is measured through all-inclusive travel guidance within Europe travel support.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
