About the Role
The All-Inclusive Travel Specialist ensures travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before they cause downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Review all-inclusive travel plans with supplier coordination, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Document Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are clearly tracked and actionable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring all work is traceable and unresolved items are assigned owners.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, applying a specialized-execution work profile to ensure compliance and issue escalation.
Success Profile
- Use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Travel Planning confidently in support of Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the all-inclusive travel workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when work depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine process compliance, workflow management, and reservation systems; work remains open if signals are not current.
Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
