Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, Great American Ball Park

About the role

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join their team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.
• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work.
• Auxiliary with alcohol cut-off.
• Supervise Guests to prevent alcohol handoffs, use of fake IDs, intoxication and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit is required and can be obtained after hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels.

Qualifications

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No college degree required.

Skills

• Physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
• Ability to be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season.
