About the role

As an Alcohol Compliance and Security Supervisor at MetLife Stadium, you will ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include overseeing alcohol service compliance, retail security functions, and general safety and supervision throughout the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of alcohol service compliance, retail security functions, and general safety and supervision throughout the venue.
• Supervise alcohol service of team members for adherence to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Aid employees with event day information and alcohol-related issues if necessary, documenting and providing proactive observations.
• Aid with fires, storms, floods, blizzards, evacuations, relocations, and other emergencies as directed.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, local, department, and company regulations, enforcing alcohol service policies and procedures, and supporting daily operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and guest safety.

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or Law enforcement, with Corrections Officer experience preferred
• Skills in communication, guest service, team member coaching, providing feedback, basic math, multitasking, attention to detail, detailed information recall, and ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment

Physical requirements

• Availability to work 80% of both NFL and Non-NFL events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as duties demand
• Possible exposure to variable temperatures, depending on the season
