About the role
The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day Human Resources operations for Nabors Alaska Drilling and serves as a key administrative and coordination resource for field and corporate employees.
Responsibilities
- Executes core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Works closely with field leadership, operations, recruiting, payroll, and corporate HR teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR activities.
- Supports remote field operations, employee logistics, and workforce administration across the Alaska Division.
Requirements
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
