About the role
AJC Logistics LLC is a diversified logistics service provider specialized in Truck Brokerage, Ocean & Air Freight Management Services, Third Party Logistics, International Freight Forwarding, and Customs House Brokerage for importers and exporters in the United States including Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Our core competency is to manage the transport of merchandise, domestically and internationally, with superior customer service supported by integrated management systems. AJC takes a customer-centric approach, recognizing that each client's requirements are unique.
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries.
- Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
- Conduct business reviews and performance reporting.
- Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services.
- Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data.
- Deliver accurate and timely quotes.
- Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities.
- Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives.
- Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership.
- Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

- Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes.
- Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross-border logistics.
- Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams.
- Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of logistics sales experience.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
