On average: hourly + tips = estimated $16-$18/hr. Part-Time and Full-Time available with multiple shifts and schedules. $100 referral bonus for each person you refer who stays with us for 90 days.

About the Role

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first and last person clients and customers interact with, so a warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
• Direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars, all with a smile.
• Work with a self-reliant attitude, capable of working with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle chaos effectively.
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
• Team player with the ability to motivate and work well with others.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations.
• Able to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
