About the Role
A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first and last person clients and customers interact with, so a warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Greet all customers and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
- Direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars, all with a smile.
- Work with a self-reliant attitude, capable of working with or without supervision.
- Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking.
Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle chaos effectively.
- Strong communication skills; ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
- Team player with the ability to motivate and work well with others.
- Professional and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations.
- Able to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Pay
$12.50 per hour + cash tips and credit card tips.
