Pay
$10.00/hr + cash tips and credit card tips. On average, hourly rate + tips = estimated $16-$20/hr.

About the Role
A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first and last person clients and customers interact with, so a warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Greet all customers and develop rapport with each person driving up to your stand
- Help direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars
- Work with or without supervision, demonstrating a self-reliant attitude
- Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking
Qualifications
You are:
- Good under pressure and thrive in chaotic situations
- A strong communicator with the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily
- A team player who is open to different opinions and can motivate others
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively
- Willing to be flexible and work at multiple facility locations
- Able to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations
- Able to work unsupervised
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
- Possesses excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with 2 or more years of driving experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays (preferred)
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
