Airport Station Agent

Responsibilities

• Lift, load, unload, and transport customer bags and cargo to/from aircrafts, bag carts, and conveyor belts.
• Drive and operate ground support equipment.
• Prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories.
• Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Perform Customer Service and Ramp services.
• Follow company and federal safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• At least 18 years or older
• Successfully complete training
• Capable of lifting 70 lbs
• Able to pass background check for Airport badge

Qualifications

Individuals must be comfortable serving customers and proficient in using computers.

Skills

Capable of working in stressful situations, under rigid time constraints, and in the outdoors under various weather related and noise conditions.
