Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
- 1+ years of Airport Security Experience
- 21+ years of age
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to travelers, staff, and visitors.
- Communicate clearly, report observations, and support a welcoming environment.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations and public-service agencies as directed.
- Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
