Airport Lounge Front Desk Host
Pay: $21.00 per hour, plus benefits as per local and State regulations.
About the role
The Concierge is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff at the premium lounge by Airport Dimensions supporting the Sapphire Lounge by the Club located in the Philadelphia International Airport. They are the first touchpoint the guest encounters and set the tone for the guest’s entire visit.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests via premier clubroom/bar environment in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Welcome guests by name and assist them throughout their stay.
- Be accountable and take ownership of the guest's experience from beginning to end.
- Employ the Guest First philosophy in meeting guests' needs and expectations.
- Listen to the guest's needs, offering confident recommendations to ensure high satisfaction.
- Make decisions quickly and effectively when unanticipated situations arise, prioritizing guest experience.
- Be knowledgeable about the lounge, each guest, and the surrounding area.
- Communicate with guests over the phone and in person.
- Provide all information guests need to enjoy their stay, including details on facilities and services for booking.
- Possess basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food offerings.
- Complete paperwork related to daily sales, passenger counts, and miscellaneous reporting.
- Always follow established safety procedures and immediately report any health and safety incidents, security breaches, concerns, or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty.
- Greet guests upon arrival, check credentials and/or process sales, and usher guests into the lounge.
- Provide lounge tours and complete guest discrepancy reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to stand during the entire scheduled shift.
- Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass and obtain a security background check and clearance to work in an airport environment.
