About the role

Join the Delta Sky Club team at Tampa International Airport (TPA) as a Front of House Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing food and beverage team in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure premium service.
  • Lead and support a team of food attendants and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
  • Train new employees and support staff development.
  • Handle customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass TSA background check and drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have high-end hospitality experience.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Open availability and weekends required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
  • 1 year of management experience in hospitality, food service, or related field.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 40 lbs).
  • Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

General Responsibilities

  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide guidance for improved efficiency.
  • Oversee daily work activities and assign responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and management.
  • Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and safety regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and training programs.
