About the role
Join the Delta Sky Club team at Tampa International Airport (TPA) as a Front of House Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing food and beverage team in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure premium service.
- Lead and support a team of food attendants and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Train new employees and support staff development.
- Handle customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass TSA background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have high-end hospitality experience.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Open availability and weekends required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
- 1 year of management experience in hospitality, food service, or related field.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 40 lbs).
- Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
General Responsibilities
