Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily airport operation runs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The Duty Manager will oversee and coordinate team activities to create a safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operation.

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
- Counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
- Aids in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
- Maintains staffing and overtime use and monitors operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
- Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
- Performs work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
- Immediately reports safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications: Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs;
- Constantly walk, stand, handle, grasp and reach out.
- May have to reach above shoulder occasionally.
