The Role: Airport Development Operations Coordinator The Airport Development Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination, logistics, and operational readiness needs of the Airport Development team. This role helps ensure key administrative and operational processes are organized, accurate, and completed on time across airport openings, training schedules, reservation support, travel logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment. Responsibilities & Expectations Supports operational coordination and readiness across Airport Development initiatives.Maintains a high level of organization, responsiveness, and discretion in a fast-moving environment.Fleet administration and readiness: Coordinate day-to-day fleet administration for current and future PS locations, including vehicle leases, records, registration, insurance, permitting, maintenance schedules, inspection documentation, service history, and regulatory files.Partners with Operations, Training, HR, Finance, and location leadership to keep workstreams moving.Tracks follow-ups, deadlines, assignments, and key operational details.Supports travel, onboarding, training, vendor, and launch-related coordination as needed.Compliance and airport access: Track airport-specific vehicle access requirements, Air Operations Area (AOA) permits, driver authorization requirements, inspections, and documentation needed to keep vehicles eligible for restricted-area operations.Maintain strong working relationships with vehicle vendors, service providers, airport representatives, and internal stakeholders to support timely fleet readiness and compliance.Reporting, planning, and continuous improvement: Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual fleet reports for leadership, including vehicle status, maintenance activity, operating costs, upcoming renewals, compliance items, budget needs, and operational risks or bottlenecks.Research fleet options, technology, sustainability opportunities, and vehicle standards to support PS growth, guest experience, operational safety, and budget planning.Work as needed with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Airport Operations & Security Officer to coordinate logistics, schedules, communications, and documentation to support successful execution.Support team travel planning by coordinating itineraries, organizing travel details, tracking key dates, maintaining travel-related records, and helping ensure team members have the information needed for upcoming site visits, meetings, and operational support trips. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in aviation, transportation, logistics, operations, fleet coordination, or administrative support will be considered.Experience supporting vehicle fleets, airport operations, hospitality logistics, vendor coordination, or other regulated operational environments preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and balance multiple priorities across locations.Comfortable working with invoices, vendor documentation, operating reports, compliance records, budgets, and basic fleet or expense data.High attention to detail and sound judgment when supporting airport access requirements, vehicle documentation, insurance standards, and internal procedures.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with fleet management systems or shared tracking tools is a plus.Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate professionally with leadership, vendors, airport partners, and local operations teams.Must pass all required background checks and be authorized to work in the United States.
