Airport Cabin Lead - MSP

Base pay rate: $19.37 per hour. Full-time, non-exempt position with A.M. or P.M. shifts.

About the role

Unifi is seeking a Cabin Lead to oversee a team of cabin agents responsible for cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, and restocking supplies. This role ensures the maintenance of cleaning equipment and cabin supplies to enable on-time aircraft departures.

Responsibilities

• Assign activities of cabin service agents and ensure completion of tasks.
• Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure by cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories with high attention to detail.
• Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications.
• Assist Ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
• Perform FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Marshal aircraft during arrival and departures.
• Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities.

Requirements

• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.
• Able to work in cramped or high places.
• Able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
