What You’ll Be Doing

• Takes steps to enhance membership value by actively recommending appropriate products and services to members, based upon their financial needs and goals.
• Recommends policy and procedure changes and additions to create a fast and efficient loan process.
• Collaborates with Office Supervisor with guidance/feedback, observations, coaching, meetings, and team development.
• Assist employees with error resolution - resolve member/employee concerns/discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage office cash supplies, including weekly cash orders.
• Completes monthly reporting - ATM inspections, end of month drawer reporting, security checks, mutilated cash, etc.
• Act as vault custodian - handling ATM, Recycler machine, and managing cash shipments from Federal Reserve.
• Create team schedules.
• Serves as needed in either the MSR or MSR II role as outlined in the MSR and MSR II job descriptions.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• High school diploma or general education degree required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
