Responsibilities

• Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail on/off aircraft
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner
• Escort passengers and special-needs customers safely and courteously
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• Service aircraft as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Have basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a part-time position, starting at $14.50 per hour
• Physical and other requirements include participating in 24-30 hours of training per week for the first 6-8 weeks, followed by scheduled hours ranging from 8-20 hours per week, based on operational requirements
