About the role

Join Pacific Aviation at Seattle - Tacoma International Airport, where every journey begins with you. As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth airport journey for passengers from check-in to takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, process travel documents, and ensure baggage is properly tagged
• Provide important flight information, make boarding announcements, and verify passenger documentation
• Address passenger inquiries, assist with ticketing concerns, and de-escalate situations with professionalism and empathy
• Follow strict airport safety and security protocols to ensure compliance at all times
• Work closely with your team to create a seamless airport experience for travelers

Requirements

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills - Thrive in face-to-face interactions and create a welcoming experience for all passengers
• Strong Attention to Detail - Ensure all travel documents, procedures, and protocols are accurate and followed
• Team Player Mentality - Work well with others and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment

Shifts Available (Part-Time)

4-5-hour shifts available for the following time slot: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
