Airfreight Export Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking an Airfreight Export Coordinator to manage international air export shipments from booking through billing while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international air export shipments from pickup through final billing
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, including AES filings and Denied Party Screening
• Process shipping documentation, airway bills, and customer invoicing
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues, delays, billing discrepancies, and claims
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• 1–3 years of freight forwarding or air export experience required
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international shipping processes
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
