About the role

Responsible for painting and preparing aircraft surfaces to ensure they meet high standards of quality and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Painting various aircraft components using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and safety protocols.
• Preparing aircraft surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer.
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to maintain productivity and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in aircraft painting or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using aircraft painting tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Pay

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
