About the role
Responsible for painting and preparing aircraft surfaces to ensure they meet high standards of quality and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Painting various aircraft components using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures and safety protocols.
- Preparing aircraft surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer.
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to maintain productivity and quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in aircraft painting or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using aircraft painting tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
