Aircraft Loan Coordinator

About the role

Guide borrowers through the aircraft loan closing process.
Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Collect and organize required loan and aircraft documentation.
Collapse coordination with buyers, sellers, brokers, escrow companies, and insurance agents.
Monitor loan progress and proactively resolve issues.
Prepare complete files for processor handoff and closing.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• A strong passion for aviation and helping people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A highly organized approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending, aircraft sales, aviation operations, or financing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A love for aviation and enjoying helping people achieve their dream of aircraft ownership.
• A strong aviation background required.
• A pilot's license is a plus.

Hybrid Schedule (minimum 3 days in office to maximize collaboration).

Pay

$23.43 - $28.71, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is $23.43 - $28.71, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USAlliance Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. All positions must adhere to standard BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes.
