About the role

The Aina Informatics Network Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the school's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for all users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade the school’s network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to teachers and students
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect the network
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software
• Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in network administration
• Experience with network security and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network protocols and standards
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of data center operations
