Job Overview
Search Solution Group is seeking an AI Transformation Manager in Charlotte, NC. This strategic role will lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, and process transformation initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across recruiting, business development, marketing, operations, and executive support functions
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on AI tools, automation, and best practices
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization
- Eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation and process improvements
- Partner with department leaders to develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize integrations between ATS, CRM, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, marketing platforms, and other business systems
- Ensure accurate and efficient data flow across integrated systems
- Troubleshoot automation, integration, and workflow issues as needed
- Develop and deliver training programs on AI tools and automation solutions
- Create user guides and adoption strategies to support organization-wide technology implementation
- Monitor AI and automation performance using key metrics and ROI analysis
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through emerging technologies
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in automation, business systems, operations, technology, or process improvement
- Experience implementing workflow automation solutions
- Experience working with AI platforms and large language models (LLMs)
- Experience with systems integration and API-based workflows
- Experience within recruiting, staffing, executive search, or professional services preferred
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or sales enablement tools preferred
Skills
