About the role
We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your expertise. If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. Upon success, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate AI models. Tasks are fully remote, ad hoc, and freelance, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on one task per outline. Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
- Include steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases in your descriptions.
- Complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work (many are shorter).
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, nuanced feedback.
Pay
