We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive and senior leadership and serves as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. The role supports leadership priorities, coordinates governance and leadership activities, and handles sensitive information to support efficient operations and effective decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to assist executive leadership priorities, initiatives, and activities.
- Prepare and review executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and prioritizing requests.
- Organize and support executive meetings, board activities, and leadership events, including agendas and materials.
- Track executive priorities, deliverables, and follow-up actions to support timely decision-making.

Pay
$48,090 - $61,073
Schedule
Typical working hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexible work schedules available for some positions with management approval.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of clerical and office management experience, including experience assisting a senior leader or executive; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within Trillium’s catchment of North Carolina, which includes the following counties: Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Curritank, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilson.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
