Responsibilities
- Design training materials for AI-enabled software solutions
- Develop organizational change management strategies for software integration
- Deliver training sessions for end-users of the digitization project
- Create communication materials to support project milestones
- Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are met
Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST' clearance
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years drafting client-facing strategic communications or change management materials
- 5+ years developing and delivering IT systems training
- Proven ability to independently manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
