AI Solutions Lead

About the role

The AI Solutions Lead at Georgia-Pacific serves as an embedded business partner, collaborating with Finance and business teams to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to discover opportunities where AI, analytics, automation, and decision intelligence can enhance business performance.
• Design and prototype solutions to address business challenges and improve decision-making processes.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools, reusable solutions, and best practices within the organization.
• Measure outcomes and continuously refine solutions to maximize productivity and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in developing analytics, reporting, forecasting, automation, or decision-support solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Proven track record of working effectively with business and technology teams to deliver process improvements, digital capabilities, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Finance, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial business functions.
• Knowledge of SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, Power Query, Python, VBA, or other analytics and automation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI assistants, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or business cases for emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commercial business functions.
• Experience with SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, Power Query, Python, VBA, or other analytics and automation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, AI assistants, or AI-enabled business solutions.
