AI Presales Solution Architect - Manufacturing/Supply Chain/ERP

About the role

The AI Presales Solution Architect is part of IFS's solution engineering force, leveraging deep domain expertise in ERP, EAM, or FSM to win strategic deals and drive presales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical win pursuits by applying solution and AI portfolio depth, tailoring demonstrations, and delivering proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate AI capabilities into credible, domain-specific outcomes and architectures, ensuring solutions are technically sound and implementable.
• Provide insight-based guidance to shape marketing campaigns, sales plays, messaging, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning for the AI portfolio within your domain.
• Strengthen presales execution through key content creation, storytelling, reusable asset development, mentoring, and setting the example in delivery excellence.
• Drive evolution in our AI go-to-market model through cross-functional collaboration, industry-specific sales plays, and field innovation.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and fast learner with deep domain expertise in ERP, EAM, or FSM, combined with genuine fluency in applied AI.
• Strong team player, skilled in delivering software demonstrations and executive-level presentations, and able to assess customer technology landscapes in the context of AI-led business transformation.
• Global readiness, fluent in English, willing to travel internationally and work flexible hours to support global engagements.
• Creative, curious, and persuasive communicator with interpersonal skills to influence direction across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-first worker, applying AI techniques to become more efficient and effective in customer engagements.
