AI Platform Administrator

For our client, we are seeking an AI Platform Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee the administration and governance of enterprise AI collaboration platforms in a regulated environment. You will partner closely with security, identity, and operations teams to manage access, ensure compliant usage, and support reliable day-to-day platform performance. The position also plays a key role in user enablement, reporting, and change management as adoption of AI tools expands across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Maintain governance of approved connectors, apps, and plugins across platforms Administer workspace settings for enterprise AI tools, including security reviews Serve as the Level 2 escalation point for incidents related to AI platforms Triage and resolve access and authentication failures in collaboration with IAM Monitor audit logs and support compliance with data retention policies Produce adoption reports and consolidate metrics across platforms Support user enablement and change management initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in a regulated environment 2+ years as a Level 2 escalation owner Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration Knowledge of enterprise single sign-on and SCIM provisioning concepts Ability to interpret audit logs and use REST APIs for administrative tasks Strong technical writing skills for producing documentation Benefits Remote work flexibility available across the U.S. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies Engagement in a collaborative and innovative team environment Access to professional development and training resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
