AI Governance Analyst

For our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking an AI Governance Analyst to join their team. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement of AI governance lifecycle
• Monitor global AI regulations and recommend updates
• Perform compliance monitoring and evaluate governance controls
• Manage documentation requirements associated with AI use cases
• Support the full AI Incident Response lifecycle
• Facilitate technical investigative activities related to AI incidents
• Develop and report KPIs across AI governance functions

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field or advanced degree with relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• 3+ years in AI governance, AI/ML systems, incident response, or similar roles
• 3+ years of understanding AI control frameworks and governance processes
• 3+ years leading cross-functional investigations with minimal oversight

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
