AI Engineer - Manager

About the role

Seeking a Manager, AI Engineer to lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including architecture definition and integration with enterprise systems.
• Manage AI projects, ensuring best practices in MLOps, security, compliance, and scalability, while translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, oversee deliverables, and mentor junior team members to foster innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cloud and ecosystem partners to incorporate new AI innovations and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and apply AI/ML frameworks, including generative AI, chatbots, and automation solutions, with emphasis on AI security and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering, with at least two years in a leadership or consulting role.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI/ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, integrating with core business systems, and managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for executives.
• Relevant degrees in computer science, data science, or engineering; professional cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
