AI Engineer - Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Define solution architectures that integrate large language models, generative AI, and traditional machine learning into enterprise systems.
• Manage projects from conception through testing, ensuring adherence to MLOps, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Oversee deliverables and mentor junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with strategic partners to incorporate the latest AI innovations and stay current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solutions.
• Proven leadership in client‑facing roles.
• Relevant degree(s) in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications in cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI (preferred).

Required Skills

• Experience building microservices and containerized applications.
