AI Engineer - Manager

About the role

The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. You will define solution architectures that incorporate large language models, generative AI, and traditional machine‑learning approaches, while ensuring best practices in MLOps, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and design solution architectures that integrate large language models, generative AI, and traditional ML.
• Manage end‑to‑end AI projects, overseeing delivery, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to MLOps, security, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead workshops and technical sessions with customers and internal teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and integrate innovations from strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in AI/ML or cloud solution engineering.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in client‑facing roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with API development, microservices, and containerization.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, generative AI, and AI security (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage technical teams and client relationships effectively.
