AI Content Strategist

About the role

The AI Content Strategist plays a pivotal role in transitioning F5 to a highly structured content model and optimizing content performance across F5.com. This role collaborates with the SEO and AEO team to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for structured content adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on structured content modeling and maintenance
• Analyze web page structures and customer journeys to integrate and elevate F5’s AI narrative
• Interface with SEO and AEO team to translate performance findings into actionable recommendations
• Monitor and optimize broad web content performance
• Leverage generative AI tools to assist in content structuring, categorization, and drafting
• Partner with product marketing, security experts, creative, and web development teams for structured content updates
• Ensure compliance with F5’s editorial guidelines, ethical AI frameworks, and corporate security policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Writing, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital content strategy, content design, web production, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with structured data, taxonomies, or web page optimization
