AI Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for generative AI integration in workflows and business processes
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases and prototypes
• Assess opportunities based on value, feasibility, and user demand
• Collaborate with technical teams to scale validated solutions
• Iterate on prototypes using user feedback and the company-world testing
• Support the adoption of AI solutions through training and documentation
• Ensure compliance and ethical use of AI in a regulated healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in AI innovation or product management
• Background in digital strategy or healthcare communications
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI-assisted development tools
• Hands-on experience with generative AI workflows, prototypes, or copilots
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
