About the role

Join a collaborative team working on impactful digital solutions for leading organizations across the Benelux, working from our offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels or Leuven.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, driving successful AI initiatives from inspiration to completion.
• Screens requests for proposals and analyzes markets to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Conduct meetings to fully understand client needs, business and long-term goals.
• Present solutions and offers in a concise and persuasive manner, ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction.
• Analyze and interpret client objectives, building insightful analysis that is structured and easy to digest for our AI teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as an advisor on AI strategy and business improvement.
• Enhance internal sales to contribute to the firm’s sustainable growth and operational excellence by monitoring trends in business applications of AI, market screening, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any related field.
• Able to break down complex problems and develop structured, actionable solutions.
• A proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving value in projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An analytical-minded person who is curious and wants to understand how things work beneath the surface.
• Pragmatic, organized, and flexible at work.
• Pays attention to details and strives for excellence.
• Fully fluent in both Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in business and/or consulting, with a focus on IT and digital/AI transformation.
• Familiarity with change management strategies.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, data dashboards, and market research.
• Prior experience with AI-based projects and implementing AI technologies in business contexts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Passive or active knowledge of French is considered a plus.
