AI Business Analyst - HR Technology

About the role
You’ll partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify AI use cases across HR, evaluate AI features in our current technology stack, and enhance employee experience and process optimization. This role involves supporting the AiMEE chatbot, leading pilot deployments, and collaborating with stakeholders, GIS, and data sciences teams to deliver technology solutions that improve the overall Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR COEs to identify AI use cases across the HR function
- Evaluate AI features and functionality within our current technology stack and recommend enhancements for employee experience and process optimization
- Provide ongoing support for the AiMEE chatbot, ensuring functionality, relevance, and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new use cases for AiMEE
- Lead and support pilot deployments of AiMEE across countries, gathering feedback and refining the experience for global scalability
- Serve as strategic liaison between COEs, GIS, and our data sciences team to deliver technology solutions that enhance the Employee Experience
- Collaborate with GIS and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop and validate HR analytics models using Workday data
- Monitor Workday releases and AI trends to recommend enhancements and innovations
- Support project planning, testing, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of functional HR domains (e.g., Core HR, Total Rewards, Talent)
- Deep expertise in Workday platform capabilities (e.g., Business Process Framework, Reporting)
- Demonstrated understanding of AI applications in HR (e.g., Chatbots, NLPs, Predictive Analytics)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI use cases
- Skilled in analyzing end-to-end HR processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities
- Ability to assess where AI can add value across HR
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives through strong influencing without authority
- Capable of linking HR technology and AI capabilities to broader business goals
- Experience managing or co-leading HR technology projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation support
- Ability to break down complex HR systems and challenges into manageable components
- Able to work cross-functionally to resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Skilled at building strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and GIS teams
- Clear and confident communicator
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams

Pay
Salary range: $106,000.00 - $146,000.00. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
