AI Automation Specialist

Remote full-stack developer role for a fast-growing startup with 5 team members, building a next-generation platform. We're looking for a proactive, independent developer who can take ownership of features from concept to deployment. Our stack is modern and evolving, currently including React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with a team of 100 contributors worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using React, Node.js, and modern tooling
• Collaborate with a distributed team of 30+ engineers across time zones
• Work with cutting-edge technologies like Cursor, Replit, and Claude AI
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
• Ship high-quality code with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Proficiency with React and Node.js ecosystems
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English for effective team communication
