Bio-Rad is hiring an AI Automation Specialist for IT. The role focuses on AI and automation projects that support IT operations, with collaboration across cross-functional teams in a remote setting based in California.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and automation solutions for IT functions
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs
• Develop, test, and evaluate machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries
• Apply large language models to natural language processing tasks
• Document and present work to share insights and build the IT knowledge base
• Support IT operations through AI and automation projects
• Contribute to operational efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Use experimentation to explore innovative use cases across the organization
• Receive mentorship and feedback to support growth and success

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation projects (internships or academic projects welcome)
• Located within commuting distance of the office in California

Pay

Estimated base salary range: $107,900 to $148,400 per year. Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual objectives and company performance.
