AI Automation Manager

HybridEngineeringFull-time

Position Summary

We're building an AI-native ops division, and this role sits at the center of that work. You design and ship the automations, agent configurations, and AI-powered workflows that make our ops teams faster, more consistent, and less dependent on manual effort. You own the build, from scoping and prioritizing the right solution to deploying something that actually works in production.

About the role

Partner with ops leaders and change partners to scope and prioritize automation opportunities. Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent configurations that reduce manual effort and improve consistency at scale. Think across functions and break down silos. The best solutions often live at the intersection of teams, and you're comfortable going wherever the problem leads.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, test, and iterate on what you build, defining success metrics, measuring impact, and maintaining visibility into what's working through dashboards and reporting.
  • Evaluate agent output quality in production, identify failure modes, and drive improvement cycles based on what you find.
  • Define and continuously refine best practices for how AI tooling is built and deployed within the ops division, setting the standard, not following it.
  • Stay ahead of the tooling landscape and bring new approaches, frameworks, and capabilities to the team before we're behind.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a technical or operations role with hands-on experience building workflow automations and process improvements.
  • Direct experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent configuration is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade automations, not just prototypes.
  • You should be able to show us something you built and walk us through what you'd do differently now.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to build for how people actually work, not how a spec says they work.
  • Comfortable working with data. You can define what to measure, build the visibility to track it, and use what you find to drive decisions.

Qualifications

  • Fintech or SaaS operations experience; hands-on familiarity with agent frameworks and workflow automation tooling is preferred.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our Benefits Package Includes:
