Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI automation strategies to optimize sales processes and drive growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI automation.
• Develop machine learning models to predict customer behavior and sales trends.
• Manage the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and provide recommendations for their application.
• Conduct regular training and workshops to increase AI literacy among staff.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Regularly report on the progress and impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in the sales industry.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in AI-related programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
