Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
- Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization process for all incoming automation opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and support the professional development of the Intelligent Automation team.
- Establish clear performance metrics, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Build strong relationships across business and IT units.
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions, manage expectations, and support training and adoption strategies for new AI/automation capabilities.
- Establish and continuously improve team processes, delivery standards, and governance frameworks to ensure projects align with broader organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technology, business transformation, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Prominent track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully managing project intake and delivery pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experienced in creating executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
