About the role

The Full Stack Recruiter at Physical Intelligence (Pi) plays a crucial part in building the team that will develop the robots of tomorrow. This role involves recruiting top-tier talent, designing roles, defining talent strategy, and closing exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, including building heatmaps for frontier lab talent and establishing relationships for full autonomy.
• Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent across ML research, robotics, systems, and infrastructure.
• Drive structured interviewer calibration and adapt evaluation to the specific talent market and role complexity.
• Provide informed guidance on compensation and competitive positioning.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to align on tradeoffs, scope, and urgency.
• Design bespoke closing strategies and tell the company story with clarity and conviction.
• Treat every candidate with care and respect, ensuring they leave energized and informed.

Requirements

Qualifications include 6+ years of recruiting top talent, resilience, urgency, intellectual horsepower and analytical rigor, sophisticated and creative sourcing approaches, genuine interest and curiosity about robotics and AI in the physical world, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting ML/robotics/AI or Hardware talent, executive recruiting experience, prior experience as a first recruiter or Head of Talent, familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and automation workflows are considered a plus.
