Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff seeking guidance on AI tool usage, workflow integration, and best practices across the organization
- Design and deliver hands-on training programs for both technical and non-technical users, helping teams move from basic AI familiarity to confident, productive use
- Partner with business units to identify, scope, and implement practical AI solutions that solve real day-to-day problems — not just proof of concepts
- Enable and support agentic AI workflows where the AI autonomously executes multi-step tasks — such as organizing files, managing documents, and completing structured work across desktop applications — reducing manual effort for end users
- Guide teams in the use of AI plugins embedded directly into everyday tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and legal applications, helping staff get value from AI without leaving the applications they already work in
- Define guardrails and approval workflows for agentic tasks to ensure human oversight is maintained where decisions carry meaningful business or operational risk
- Champion responsible AI use by embedding awareness of data handling, output review, and policy compliance into every enablement activity
- Track adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate on training and resources to improve the end-user experience over time
- Collaborate with technical teams or vendors to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Support change management, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven tools.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into tactical, implementable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving digital or AI-led transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Certifications in AI, data science, or project management are preferred but not required.
- Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance).
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements.
- Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
- Analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
