Agricultural Equipment Operator/Operador de equipo agrícola

Work Tasks

• Planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops including potatoes, and grains.
• Drive and operate farm equipment used in agricultural production such as tractors and combines.
• Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, and drills to tractors and drive tractors infield to till soil, plant, and spray crops.
• Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.
• Drive trucks to haul crops from fields to farm storage buildings.

Job Requirements

• 3 months of previous work experience
• Willing to commit to the entire contract period
• Meet All Qualifications Of The Clearance Order
• Be able, willing and qualified to perform the work
• Able to work in extreme temperature
• Willing to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
• Willing to make repetitive movements
• Extensive pushing and pulling
• Extensive walking and stooping
• Certification and license requirements

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Hours of work per week:

40 hours

Hourly Work Schedule:

7am-4pm
