AGNG Facilities Program Manager

About the role

The role involves managing facilities projects within the ARNG (Army Reserve National Guard) ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility construction and renovation projects
• Ensure adherence to ARNG policies and federal regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to meet project timelines
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including military personnel and civilian officials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or related field
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Strong understanding of federal and state building codes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of ARNG policies and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
