Agile Engagement Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Agile Engagement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, helping align priorities, release planning, and execution with broader business objectives. The position blends hands-on Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile coaching responsibilities in a technology environment. You will work closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to keep backlogs clear, ceremonies effective, and sprint activity moving forward. The work also includes translating requirements into user stories and supporting delivery workflows in a healthcare cybersecurity context. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,080 – $218,520 annually Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and release plans Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and security Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master and Product Owner Facilitate Agile ceremonies to support team performance Manage the product backlog and translate requirements into user stories Drive sprint execution and remove impediments Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst Experience managing Agile backlogs in Scrum or Kanban frameworks Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies Experience with cybersecurity workflows in healthcare Strong ability to translate requirements into user stories Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Benefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Disability and retirement benefits Paid leave and time off Access to employee learning programs for certifications Opportunities for volunteering and community engagement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
